Order Processing

  • In-stock parts and accessories ship within 1–2 business days
  • Custom transmission builds ship after assembly and dyno testing (4–8 weeks)
  • Tracking information is emailed automatically when your order ships
  • Signature required on all transmission and high-value shipments

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for unused and uninstalled items.

30-Day Return Window

Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom-built transmissions, special-order gear sets, and made-to-spec components are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly built.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original payment method will be credited.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at sales@proshiftlab.com with your order number
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  3. Repack the item securely in original packaging with all included parts
  4. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  5. Ship to the address we provide and send us the tracking number
