Order Processing
- In-stock parts and accessories ship within 1–2 business days
- Custom transmission builds ship after assembly and dyno testing (4–8 weeks)

Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for unused and uninstalled items.
30-Day Return Window
Unused, uninstalled products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom-built transmissions, special-order gear sets, and made-to-spec components are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly built.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original payment method will be credited.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at sales@proshiftlab.com with your order number
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Repack the item securely in original packaging with all included parts
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address we provide and send us the tracking number
