What Is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship on transmission cases, gear sets, and internal components
- Clutchless shift mechanism and planetary assemblies
- Factory-assembled Lenco units purchased through ProShiftLab
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect fluid type, or lack of maintenance
- Failure due to exceeding rated torque or power limits
- Wear items such as bearings, seals, and gaskets after initial break-in period
- Units modified or rebuilt by unauthorized third parties
How to File a Claim
- Contact ProShiftLab with your original order number and a description of the issue
- Provide photos or video of the suspected defect if possible
- We will coordinate with you for evaluation and repair authorization
- Approved repairs are performed immediately
All Other Products
12-Month ProShiftLab WarrantyEvery item on ProShiftLab that is not covered by a manufacturer-specific warranty program is backed by our own 12-month limited warranty. This includes shifters, bell housings, torque converters sold separately, driveline parts, accessories, and consumables.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery date
- ProShiftLab will repair, replace, or issue a refund at our discretion
- Proof of purchase from ProShiftLab is required for all claims
- Contact sales@proshiftlab.com to initiate a claim with your order number
Warranty Exclusions — All Products
The following conditions apply across all warranties on products sold by ProShiftLab, including both manufacturer and ProShiftLab-backed coverage:
- Normal wear and tear, including clutch wear, bearing wear, and seal degradation over time
- Damage from improper installation, incorrect fluid, or failure to follow maintenance schedules
- Use in applications exceeding the product's rated torque, horsepower, or RPM specifications
- Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, or other external events beyond manufacturing defect
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources
- Cosmetic damage, surface corrosion, or finish degradation not affecting function
